After my second stay at the ABC Hotel, I can only say three things: (1) I will be back again and again, (2) I travel often and all over the world and the ABC Hotel is comparable in quality, comfort, taste of food and drinks, helpfulness and training of the staff, and value to the many fine business hotels that I stay in, and (3) it is the best place (by far) in Angeles City (perfect, little quieter location yet very close to the heart of entertainment).
I truly cannot think of any way to improve my experience, except to go back again and again (that will make the experience perfect). With the pool party, the night that Derek (G.M.) took many of us bar hopping, to the beautiful ladies by the pool bar and Sky Bar, simply a "10". |

The first time I went to Angeles was about 2 years ago. I found ABC on the internet and it looked too good to be true, and ususally these internet sites are. I was not disappointed at all. It was ALL true! It was ALL for real! Since that first stay 2 years ago, I have stayed at the ABC on more than 6 different occasions, and hopefully i will be able to go there many more times in years to come. The staff are fantastic. The food is very tasty. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality you get in every aspect of the stay, and the company in the sky bar and pool bar is incredibly friendly and very pretty. There is nothing negative that i can possibly say about all my stays at the hotel and the staff, exept one thing: Please provide a bit more lighting in the bedrooms. I have always left a t-shirt or something in the wardrobes because it was too dark to see inside. Hoping to leave many more t-shirts with you in the future. P.S. See in a month! :) |

I have stayed at hotels around the world and ABC is simply the best. Why? The staff was the most hospitable and friendlist. The room were the cleanest. The price is quite fair for what you get. The food was well prepared and to my liking.
As such, I am looking forward to my next stay at the ABC hotel.
Thank you Derek, Gerard and the entire ABC staff for making my stay simple the best.

What words can I possibly use to describe my stay at the ABC Hotel? This has to be simply one of the finest hotels in the world. Everything about this place spells luxury, the amenities, room fit-out, free car service within Angeles, are all beyond reproach. The Sky Bar located on the roof is the place to be for the party animal.. I will never forget the incredible night I had there, the best time of my life! Lastly and most importantly, the service provided at the ABC Hotel by the staff is incredible, nowhere will you find hospitality that comes anywhere close to that provided by the beautiful staff of this hotel! |

The last four nights at the ABC do not compare to any other hotel that I have ever stayed in throughout the world. From being met at the door by the owner Sir Gerard and General Manager Sir Dirk and being taken out on a crazy bar hop in a bulletproof car, to having a bodyguard and driver from the hotel take me to the local cockfights. The hotel has everything that one can dream of, great service, luxury rooms, idyllic pool and bar area and a perfect location. If you don't stay at the ABC while you are in Angeles you are a fool. If you do stay the the ABC I can promise you that you will not be disappointed. |

The website and other peoples reviews can only say so much about this hotel. In order to fully understand this place, you just have to experience it for yourself. They are, I felt, 100% compltely true to their word on their website. From the moment I walked in the door being greeted by the lovely ladies at the front desk I knew it was going to be a great stay. I actually ended up staying there twice in a two week span. The first for five days, and then for three days at the end of my trip before flying out. Both times I was met with the same eagerness to please and just all around pleasant people that work there. Every bit of the people who work there are courteous, and are willing to bend over backwards to help out with anything you might need.
While the more expensive of the Angeles area hotels, every cent you end up paying is well worth it. Had an absolute blast hanging out at the Skybar for a few days talking with the girls that worked up there. Arlene showed great hospitality after getting to talk with her for the remainder of the time I was there. Sort of the benefit of being there during the low season is at times I had the whole skybar and pool bar to myself. Not going to complain there as it made for a great chance to get to know those who worked there. No questions asked about anything that goes on there (including throwing people into the pool :p ) made for a great 99.9% stress free time. Even met the owner of the hotel during my second stay and he bought us drinks. How many places can you say that about?
Truely the only thing that was difficult was having to say goodbye to those I had met and only hope that they are still around if/when I make another trip out to the Philippines.
Thank you ABC Hotel! I am definitely looking forward to making another trip out there as soon as I can and will definitely stay at the hotel! |

We love ABC Hotel. Dirk, the manager, is the best in the biz and the hotel's free car shuttle service in a fleet of sleek black cars ensures a top flight experience. Book early or miss out on the chance to stay in the only place in AC worth paying a premium. It's worth every penny. We'll be back. |

After traveling to Angeles many times, staying at a different Hotel each time I have found unexpected Quality at the ABC Hotel. The biggest issue I have at other Hotels has always been the beds were hard as a board. The beds here at the ABC are of High quality and comfortable for both Sleeping and pleasure.
The staff was always there for everything I needed with smiles and a great attitude. The food served was great and can be ordered 24h room service.
I did not use the pool but it looked very inviting. The Sky Bar on the roof top was a suprise. it has a great view (both of the city and the Girls)
I will be returning to the ABC Hotel and recommend this to all as a must stay |

The ABC Hotel is undoubtedly one of the best hotels that I've ever stayed in. Usually, from my experience, even the best hotels lack something ideal (food quality, customer service, pricing, etc). Yet, this hotel was invariably the exception. The ambiance, the food, the location, the accomodations... Dirk and his staff have created a winner here and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to anyone venturing to AC. It's truly a jewel. |

My room is very comfortable and clean. (WI-IF, Cable TV, Bar)
The "Pool Bar" is a nice quite place to rest and relax. The poolside views are especially nice when the girls start to swim.
The "Sky Bar and Lounge" has great music and great girls to hangout with. Its a fun place to grab a drink and dance the night away.
The Hotel food is very good, available at all hours, and the prices are reasonable.
All the staff are helpful and respectful. The entire staff go out of their way to make you feel good.
The hotel laundry service was quick. My clothes always came back looking good.
The taxi service with in Angeles City and Clark is great the hotel taxi never took more then 10 minutes to pick me up no matter where I was.
There was lots of available events and the General Manager Dirk always kept me informed of what was going on.
I was here for business but it seemed like a vacation.
Thanks ABC |

I only recently, returned back to Sydney and a friend told me about Angeles, the nightlife and a must to stay at the ABC Hotel;
I tought about it then decided "you only live once why not, and whilst I'm at it let's upgrade to Presidential suite.
I arrived late afternoon, reception were very friendly, helpful, polite and made me feel VIP, straight away, the porter assisted with luggage, I was also greeted by the general manager and invited to a bar hopping night, which I thought was great, housekeeping was there to go through all the amenities and I had my first drink sent up to my room within 5 minutes.
The Presidential suite is absolutely stunning (I have stayed in every 5star hotel in Australia)I have never slept on such a massive bed, nor had a spa in such a huge spa WOW !!!
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff or management, I felt spoilt and yet felt at home, I had free internet, awesome views, massages, excellent food....
Most importantly, I had a lifechanging experience staying at this magnificent Hotel.
The General Manager went out of his way to take myself and six other hotel geusts out for thr the night, spoiled us, we partied till the wee hours, he put our entertainment and well being first, was genuine and went out of his way to help us and make sure we had fun.
Skybar is a must, atmosphere is great, good tunes, the staff are friendly and great company, cocktails, beers whatever, anything goes.
I was so sad to leave, GM Dirk saw me off, even introduced me to the owner, all the staff wished me well in a geniune manner.
I will definately be back to Angeles and will definately only stay at this awesome hotel..ABC
Do yourselves a massive favour and treat yourselves to indulge in the best Hotel and service in Angeles "The ABC Hotel"..... |

4 of us travelling together.....We were picked up at the airport and transported straight to the ABC. Check-in was quick and easy and the reception staff were the best!!
From then on it was downhill all the way.....the room was out of this world! I had a room overlooking the street and my 3 friends had rooms overlooking the pool! (I believe that I had the best room!!) The room was as in the photo.....even better I would say. The staff at the hotel were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for any one of them. The door staff and receptionists were as helpful as they could possibly be. The service at the restaurant was also excellent and the menu was superb! Personally, I can't wait to go back to the Angeles Beach Club and hopefully that won't be more than a few months away! Please pass on my gratitude to ALL staff and look forward to a return trip in November....If not before. Many thanks from a VERY satisfied customer! |

Angeles City, or as you would say in Kapampangan "Ciudad ning Angeles", is world famous for its unique night life and entertainment scene. As you would expect, AC (as the city is commonly referred to) is host to hundreds of bars, restaurants and hotels catering to the every whim and need of its countless guests. Recently, I experienced firsthand this hospitality. During this, my second visit the city, about half a dozen restaurants and I'm not exactly sure how many bars pandered to my very personal whims and needs. Among all the establishments that I visited, there was one that stood out from all the others. This one place singlehandedly redefined the city's reputation of hospitality and took it to a different level. It was neither a bar nor a restaurant. It was my hotel: The Angeles Beach Club Hotel.
A short disclaimer before you continue reading: bad customer service is one of my pet peeves. I'm relatively tolerable to other shortfalls or inadequacies (which I'm sure can be remedied by a cordial air of constructive criticism), but lack of or bad customer service is, for me, excruciatingly unbearable.
It is said that first impressions are hard to change. Once a first impression is made, it is virtually irreversible. ABC, as I will cordially refer to The Angeles Beach Club Hotel throughout my article, must take this to heart. My first encounter with ABC was, of course, its online presence. The website is esthetically pleasing, reasonably functional and very informative. Within minutes of requesting a reservation I received the typical automated reply, followed more personalized replies from Rose, Abby and Donna. I have to admit that I'm a very picky and somewhat hard to please customer. All these ladies, who also included Melissa, Rica and Ilene, but especially Donna, were exceptionally graceful, and made sure I was a satisfied customer before I even stepped foot in the hotel. She (Donna, that is) continually corresponded with me electronically, providing me with updates about my reservation, hotel amenities and activities. She made me feel like I was already there, even when I was thousands of miles away, making my first impression of ABC and pleasantly indelible one.
Fast forwarding to my touchdown at Ninoy Aquino International Airport, and a quick drive from NAIA to the Manila Domestic Airport, and I met Willy Abo, the charming fellow who would be our pilot during our half an hour helicopter flight to AC. Willy and his staff made our flight enjoyable and uneventful. The view was spectacular and the informative commentary from the pilot/tour guide made the trip even more entertaining. I could not ask for anything more. Needless to say, I will never drive again from Manila to AC again.
After another quick and uneventful drive, this time to Don Juico Avenue, we were at ABC. The check-in process was so swift and flawless. The front office ladies were absolutely charming. And literally within minutes I was at the Sky Bar sipping on a cocktail and feasting my pupils on the presence of the enchanting Sky Bar hostesses. Those who were there are probably thinking that I'm suffering from an intentional lapse in memory. I remember going up the elevator to the 5th floor . and then walking up the stairs the Sky Bar. Everything in between is just a big blur. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
Where were we? Oh, yes! The Sky Bar! The view: absolutely breathtaking (and I'm not just talking about the scenery). I was never awake in time to see any sunrises (I've heard they are beautiful), but I did experience the sunsets and I can say they are awe-inspiring. But the undeniable mind-blowing beauties are the Sky Bar girls. Jopay's smile, Cheryl's dance moves, Janel's sweetness, Rose's charm, Imee's ingenuousness, Jen's naivet?, Vicki's energy . and all of them drop-dead gorgeous. All the girls have this innate hypnotic and mesmerizing magnetism that make you want to stay there forever. The ambiance at the Sky Bar is sensual, exciting and stimulating, and now that I think about it . so are the girls. I know I'm going to get in trouble for not mentioning every single one of them. I guess they'll have to find a way to make it up to them when I go back. :-) As soon as I get back to ABC, the Sky Bar will be my first stop.
I didn't frequent the Poolside Bar as much as the Sky Bar, but when I did I had a great time. Dhin-dhin, Rose and Imee took great care of me whenever I paid them a visit. I definitely have to stop over more often.
The food at La Maison Restaurant was excellent, as well as the service. I have to admit that I tend to eat out when I'm on vacation. A more diverse menu might motivate me to dine-in more often. The rest of the hotel services, like the 24 hours on-call car service, housekeeping and the Spa , etc., were also very good. I wasn't particularly impressed with the Spa facilities, but I don't use the in-house Spa services very often, so that was a non-factor for me. The car service was definitely a plus. Having a safe and comfortable means to travel around town was absolutely superb.
ABC is a living, breathing entity. From the flawlessly orchestrated, but refreshingly unscripted Maganda Filipina contest (by the way Gerard . great idea for a birthday party, when I grow up I want to be just like you), to impromptu dance contests at the Sky Bar, the ever changing environment makes the hotel's atmosphere delightfully unpredictable. I can't wait to see what we're going to come up with during my next trip. Tic . Toc . the clock is ticking!
Gerard, Jr, VR and Dirk all made me feel like family. They incorporated me in their circle like family. They protected me like family. I felt like I was at home. I have a vague memory of someone trying to get me drunk on Vodka and Champagne. My lack of memory suggests that someone succeeded. For your generosity and hospitality I will be eternally grateful. You will always be family to me.
As I sit here typing on laptop, reminiscing about my AC vacation, I can't help but recall every single one of the exciting moments that made my stay at ABC and unforgettable one. This brought to mind one of Donna's first e-mails, where she promised (and I quote) "your stay with us will be your most unforgettable one". I guess ABC does keep their promises. Talk about living up to the expectations of a first impression.
To everyone at ABC . ?SALUD! See you all very soon.

The ABC Hotel is in business of providing dream holidays... The swimming pool resembles a beach, with statues and sand... The restaurant provides a wide variety of dishes available at all hours of the night, although you may want to venture out for food... Housekeeping is amazing, after running out of soap, it took less than a minute for housekeeping to rush over for a re-fill... However, the best part of the hotel is its warmth and charm provided by its staff. It is thanks to those people that I truly will never forget my stay at this dreamland... From the owners to the manager to the team leaders down to the staff... all of them work hand in a hand to provide you with a memorable stay. An example of this can be found at the roof-top, the Sky Bar... You will find the owner appearing on regular basis to ensure the guests are having a great time. The bars top two dancers, Imie and Cheryl, are two gorgeous and amazing women with dance moves that will make your heart stop. All of the beautiful staffs are friendly and eager to make you feel comfortable. The Sky Bar also attracts the up and coming of the local scene, it is a place to see and to be seen... at all hours of the night... did I mention its 24 hours? Will I be returning to this dreamland? Oh Yes... |
